Weekly Update, April 12, 2021
Howdy y’all, it’s Monday so you know what that means – it’s time for a weekly update! I’m feeling tired so it’s gonna be a short one this week.

Black Lives Matter
Not a ton to say except that Black Lives Matter and I really hope that the jury in the trial of the murder of George Floyd does the right thing.
Personal
I’m writing this post at night and I’m tired. Not much to say this week but check back next week and I’ll do a more deep dive. All I really want to say is that since my wife bought me the skateboard almost a month ago I’ve only missed one day of skating and it is changing my life for the better. I’m getting exercise every day, drinking water, meeting my neighbors, and bonding more with my dog just from the simple act of getting out once or twice a day to skate. I will write more on the subject next week but skateboarding has been a tremendously positive influence in my life and if you’ve always thought about picking it up, I cannot suggest it highly enough. Will you hurt yourself? Almost certainly. Will it be worth it - no question in my mind!
